Fun At The Zoo

The Auckland weather was 'cracker' today, so the boys headed to Auckland Zoo. Jarvis fell asleep on the way and I managed to get him from the car and into his buggy, without waking him. Just imagine the surprise he had when he woke up and was facing a pair of elephants. It's enough to make anyone go "Where the hell am I"

Anyway, we enjoyed the elephants, monkeys, giant tortoise, aquarium and lions. All received the joyous "Bah, Bah, Bah" from Jarvis.

We then spent about an hour in the petting zoo and play area. Jarvis has so much more fun now he can walk on his own. It lets me sit back, drink a coffee and keep an eye on him.

This has to be the best job I've ever had. I get to hang with my best mate everyday. Then we get to tell Working Mum, who we LOVE SO MUCH, all about it, each night.
