Go On Dad, Let Me Get In There!

A later post tonight as Working Mum is, well working late. She left very early this morning and will not be getting back till about midnight. So it's just been the boys today, which is ok.

We made the most of the sunshine in Auckland today and went to the zoo. As Jarvis is a fulltime walker now, the stroller was a no go. I followed Jarvis around the whole zoo as he sampled pieces of bark, pebbles and no doubt, the odd zoo poo! He's so into walking, how can I strap him into a stroller? It's great to let the boy and his spirit roam free. He would have climbed in with the croc if he could too (click pic below)

We met a young fellow called Jack and his folks at the cafe. While the adults discussed the various highs and lows of parenthood, Jarvis turned his charm on the cute girl behind the counter. He hung with her for ages and came away with a mouth full of marshmellows. What a charmer!
