On The Mend

I know I'm a wuss, but I couldn't help crying today when I lifted Jarvis out of the bath. He's skinny at the best of times, but this bug has left him with sticking out ribs and bones. He's so pale and there's no sparkle in his eyes. We know he'll get better, and we are VERY positive parents, but we are learning quickly that it's quite hard being a parent sometimes, especially when your wee ones get sick.

As Jarvis is not looking his best today, I've decided not to take a picture, instead I'll post one of my beloved vehicle, Jarvee The Kombi. Sadly, I've just listed it on TradeMe here in New Zealand, but, hey, it's not the end of the world - there will be another Kombi in OZ waiting for me, I'm sure.

Yay, it's the weekend too and Working Mum is not in OZ, so we have her all to our own. The weekends are just the best when she's around, and she's just the BEST Mum in the world.
