Once he had received enough fluids, we were taken to Starship Hospital for observation. He was kept on the IV and then went back to oral fluids from 7 - 8pm. We had the option of staying, however we felt that Jarvis had had such an awful few days that he would be better in our bed. He sleep OK, but vomited again this morning.
We took him to our local Doctor who said he was not too dehydrated and gave us some Pedialyte. He also said there was nothing we could do for the stomach cramps that are causing him so much pain.
So now it's Tuesday night and Jarvis is snug on a mattress in the front room with his two best buddies, Nefni Bear and Monkey, watching The Wiggles. He's still very weak and does not move, but we have been slowly getting fluids into him and he looks a bit brighter.
Thanks for all the nice calls, texts and e-mails from concerned friends. A big thanks from me to my special friends Katie and Riccardo. Sorry for crying on the phone Katie...Yeah I know, I'm a FAGGOT!

Hi Lee
thanks so much for your email - what a surprise! I'm glad the mustela worked, and that you've decided to make the move to Sydney to be with Adrienne full-time (the move will be tough, but worth it, I'm sure as you'll all be together and be of support to each other).
I'm so sad to hear about all about what has been happening with Jarvis - it must have been such a worrying time for you both. Thank God for Starship Hostpital, that's what I say (nevermind the Mustela!)
Things are slowly coming right for me - I'm not sure if I have depression (it does run in the family, though) but the cloud has lifted a little these past couple of weeks and I'm feeling more positive about life. Thanks for mentioning my blog to Little Treasures. I'm not sure if my blog is that fantastic, though [*blushes*]. I do try to stay positive and upbeat, but there is a whole lot more that I'd like to get off my chest about my sister in law on my blog, but fear that she'll read it!
Anyway, all this is trivial compared to what you've been through lately!
All the best for the move, and I'll continue to keep reading your blog to see what you're up to in Sydney!
Take care
Rachel : )
