Baseball Cap Wearing Chimp

To make up for Jarvis having a really stink day yesterday, I took him to the Zoo today, and let him run loose. He had a ball and checked out all the animals and climbed all over the statues (see pics below) All was going well until we reached the Chimpanze enclosure and I decided to have a sit in the shade. I was too far away to stop Jarvis taking off his baseball cap and throwing it into the mote that surrounds the enclosure. He was delighted with himself (see pic below) It was VERY hot here today, so I had to buy another hat, which of course, he tried to fling into every enclosure.

The rest of the arvo was spent cooling down, in a little pool in the back-yard. It's so hot and they tell us that it's only just started to warm up!!!
