The whanau hired one of those four-wheel bikes on Saturday morning and took a ride around Centennial Park. Jarvis had a wonderful time and loved riding up front and pointing at the bikes and horses. The hire was for an hour, which gave us time to stop at the toddler playground and cafe for refreshments. It was a wonderful little trip and we'll sure do it again.
On Sunday Jarvis got to hang with Auntie Lou and Auntie Rosie for an hour, whilst Working Mum and House Dad went for a bite to eat. This is the first time that he has been without us, but it all worked out fine. Whilst his folks ate at a lesbian cafe in Newton, Jarvis went to the park with Lou and Rosie and had a whale of a time. A MASSIVE thank you to the girls for taking such good care of our wee man. We'll certainly do that again.
Below are pictures of the whanau on the bike in Centenial Park and Jarvis hanging with Auntie Lou and Auntie Rosie.
