Words of Wisdom from Aunty Jade - Pull

Today's Words of Wisdom for Jarvis, come from my dear friend Jade (pictured below in the red t-shirt on the right), who I've know for about 3-years now. I met Jade, who is an ex-Juice TV VJ, whilst I was working in radio. Jade then did some travelling and we've kept in contact via email since. The next time I see Jade, will be when we both go and see the All-Blacks vs. Australia game in July. I'm looking forward to that, and thanks Jade for your kind thoughts for Jarvis.

So here are Jade's Words of Wisdom for Jarvis:

A prayer for Jarvis.

I pray that Jarvis Tahi will grow up to be a mighty man, a strong man with a sensitive heart, like his dad...I pray that he will follow the call of his spirit, and grow in favour with man and favour with God. He will be blessed coming in and going out, and find joy in his life from the simple things, and that his gentle nature will shine out, and touch the lives of people around him. I pray for peace to be in him, and his house, and that he will find the purpose he was intended for... I pray that he will be healthy, strong and happy all the days of his life!!

In other news...Jarvis has learnt that if he moves his chair to the cabinet, with all the toys we keep out of reach, for example, felt-tip pens, play-doh and drawing paper, he can help himself. I also started to drag Jarvis around the house on a blanket, as his new word is "Pull". I thought it was a great idea, though 2-hours later, I wasn't so sure. We went to buy Jarvis some sneakers tonight, and just look at his wee face as he talks to the girl in the shop.
