Words of Wisdom from Uncle Riccardo - Museum

I am going to be asking friends and family to contribute some Words of Wisdom to this site over the next few weeks. I thought it would be a fun way for our nearest and dearest to contribute, in a small way, to Jarvis' upbringing and make it fun to look back on in a few years.

Our first contributor is Mr. Riccardo Ball from The Rock radio station in New Zealand. We've know Riccardo for about 5-years now and I've always thought that he'd be a great male role model for Jarvis. Riccardo is basically the opposite in everyway to his Dad...A macho, beer drinking womaniser, but a good honest bloke none the less. Riccardo is pictured below (second from left) in the piece from The Holmes TV Show, about how he and his Dad and some others went to Mt Dhaulagiri in Nepal to recover his Uncles body (he died climbing there in 1993) So here we go, with our first W.o.W from Mr. Riccardo Ball:

Jarvee always remember 3 things:

1 - Listen to your Mum even when you think she's wrong. Trust me, Mum is never wrong.
2 - Follow your dreams - you can accomplish anything. Anyone that tells you, you can't do something is just afraid and hiding their own fears and inadequacies. Go for it boy!
3 - Drinking makes you cool,funny and more intelligent - just ask your Mum!

And from today...Jarvis and I caught up with Katya and Sam at the Australian Museum this morning, which was fun. The boys are getting more aware of each other and even looked like they were enjoying running together at one stage. On the way back, we checked out all the diggers and dump trucks - what cool fun that was.
