On the upside, we had a wonderful morning hanging with Tieia and Max, who we've not met before at The Australian Museum. Poor Tieia, like me, has had a constant cold this last three-weeks and was a bit run down, so a nice slow stroll around the museum seemed like a good idea. Well that was until Mr. Whirlwind turned up, super-amped and fully charged, ready to lead young Max astray. Wee Max was most impressed with Jarvee's antics of running, screaming and climbing over everything, that he just had to join in. Jarvee too, was stoked to have a younger play mate to lead astray.
As both carers were feeling a bit run down, we just let them run and run and actually had a really nice chat, which is not normal for us when looking after our wee ones. We did however slow down for a wee while, whilst Jarvis and Max ate some food. This was only about a 10-minute stop though, and once feed and watered were on their way again to cause merry mayhem.
After leaving Tieia and Max, we took the short drive to Centennial Park to catch up with our Paddington buddies for a wee while.
House Dad.
