Jarvis Takes His Nanny To The Powerhouse

Anyone who spends any length of time with Jarvis will, without doubt, end up at his favourite place The Powerhouse Museum. So it was for Nanny Ronnie today (Granddad Steve went bird watching), as she got the full blown, break neck speed tour of the best place to visit in Sydney.

We were lucky to briefly see our wonderful friend Louise, who previously worked up in the Members lounge for a chat. Sadly for us, but great for Louise, she has now moved onto a new department. It was also nice to introduce my Mother to Louise, who has been a big part of our blog and major player in our fun times at The Powerhouse.

Nanny Ronnie really enjoyed the museum, though I think struggled with not being able to fully appreciate the exhibits, as it's hard to look at things and keep your eyes on two wee boys. It'll probably be a good idea for my Mother and Steve to go back on their own for a proper look while they are here.

Jarvis put in a solid three-hours of fun and exploring at The Powerhouse, so as I'd predicted to my Mother, he was asleep in the back of the car within minutes. And with the successful transfer of both sleeping boys from the car to their beds, all three boys and a very worn out Nanny, all squeezed in a nice long Nana nap - tough life eh ;o)

House Dad.
