Nanny Ronnie and Granddad Steve returned this afternoon from their three-day trip to the Blue Mountains. Jarvis was stoked to see his Nanny enter the classroom at the end of the day and showed her his painted plate. I had no idea that he'd made one, so it was a nice surprise. During the car ride home, Jarvis sang his Nanny a new song that he's learned in German. We are not 100% sure what it's about, but we think it's about a bunny hopping around a log. None the less, it's a very nice song and we are very proud of our boy.
Before Nanny Ronnie left for the Blue Mountains, she managed to kick the side of the bath. It was not until she was in the Blue Mountains that she had it looked at and had her fears confirmed. Nanny Ronnie has a broken toe! Luckily for Nanny Ronnie, she's always drunk, so the pain is not too bad!
In tradition with all broken bones that are put into a protective casing, Jarvis drew a wee picture on his Nanny Ronnie's plaster. It's a wee forest for some reason, but it looks cool.
House Dad.
