Jarvis was delighted to have his Nanny Ronnie join Felix and Dah for the school drop off. He just loved walking to school holding his Nannies hand and once there, proceeded to tell everyone who his Nanny Ronnie was. He got a bit confused when it was time for us to go, as he thought that his Nanny was going back to England. He even cried a wee bit, which was incredible, as Adrienne and I have never been afforded that pleasure/displeasure.
Granddad Steve joined us for the after school pick up, which meant that Nanny Ronnie had to squeeze in between the two little people seats on the back seat. It was tight and quite funny to see her struggle to get out. Our car is so small, I think a hire car might have to be sourced soon.
Now at 7.20pm Jarvis is kicking up a stink, as he doesn't want to go to bed, but wants to play with his Grandparents instead. However, I can see that he's exhausted and will be fast asleep in minutes, saving up enough energy to run his Grandparents ragged again tomorrow.
Finally, we'd ALL like to thank British Airways, who flew Veronica and Steve all the way from London to Sydney, as a thank you for all the great publicity they received from the story about Nanny Ronnie seeing the Grandson she'd never met in their Upgrade To Sydney Commercial. Thank you British Airways, you've made us all, especially one very excited wee four-year-old, all so very happy :o)
