Five Ways Playgroup Rocks

Jarvis and I went to the Five Ways play group this morning, after putting it off for so long. It's about 3-minutes walk from our place and I'm kicking myself for not taking Jarvis sooner. After being disappointed with the Holdsworth St play group, I was a little put off of these types of groups, in our area. I shouldn't have been, as the parents and little people were so friendly. Everyone was so welcoming and we made some new friends.

I got chatting to a guy who works on the All Saints TV programme, who was there with his partner and child. It was great to be talking about media stuff again. I also befriended a mum, who gave me loads of good advice and made Jarvis and I very welcome.

I know that we go to lots of cool places, but I've come to realise today, how much Jarvis enjoys being around other little people - he was beaming and having such a great time, it made my heart melt to see him chasing around with the others. I had such a great time, that I forgot to take any pictures!

Adrienne is doing a 7am - midnight day, so it's just the boys today, so it'll be pizza and TV tonight...Yahoo!

It's now 11pm and I've just woke up. I took some pictures of Jarvis and myself playing just before bedtime. This is the time when we play rough and tumble and I always come off worse!
