Well Done to Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi

Several times whilst visiting Westfield Shopping Centre in Bondi Junction over the past few months, I've asked people who are parked in Parent & Child spots, who obviously do not have a child, to move, so that we can use the spot. Until now, no one has moved and I have just gone on to do my shopping, fuming that I should do something about it. Well today I had enough of not standing up for myself and when a man and his wife, who did not have children, refused to move and then began insulting me, I decided to take action. With a quite distressed Jarvis, who was upset by this large man shouting at us, I moved my car in front of his and called over a security guard. The man then continued to hurl abuse at the security guard and then his poor wife, who was trying to make her husband see sense. At this point I decided to move my car lower down in the building, just in case of reprisals and I did not want Jarvis to experience any more of this guys venom.

Now home and with Jarvis asleep I have just rung the Westfield Shopping Centre and spoken to the person in charge, who was both sympathetic and able to supply me with some good news. The rego number was taken and the man will be issued with a fine.

So I have to say a MASSIVE thank you to the staff of Westfield Shopping Centre for taking action on our part. It is nice to know that justice in sometimes served.

We also went to Parsley Bay with Paige and Lola, which is a first for us. What a cool spot, we'll be going back there for sure. Check out the picture below of Jarvis, who picked out a cute mum in the park and went and sat with her. He's such a flirt, I've no idea where he gets it from?

House Dad.
