We've had a really nice day today, mainly because I've tried hard not to do my, 'Ok everyone, let's go to...and we need to leave in 30-minutes' I've made my self relax, chill out and let the family recharge its batteries. I did however do a 60-minute power walk and yoga session, not because I wanted to exercise, but I felt guilty eating $16 worth of fudge in under 12-hours!

We all went to the mall this morning to do the weekly shop. The good thing about the CSIRO diet is that we only buy the food we need and there's no needless waste at the end of the week. I do spend about half my time at the supermarket trying to find new stuff for Jarvis to eat. This week I'm going to try those incy-wincy corns, some Gorilla Puff cereal (organic) and wanton noodles. Jarvis is now fully feeding himself, which is so much easier. I think that's why we had a few conflicts, when I insisted on feeding him myself, when the foodwas sloopy or messy.

We are now certain Jarvis will have a Canadian accent, as we have to watch either Stuart Little 1, 2 or 3 at kai time. So yeah, he's not going to have either of his parents accents, but will sound just like Michael J Fox!
