The Powerhouse With Lisa & Oscar

What a perfect start to the week, a trip to The Powerhouse Museum with Lisa and Oscar. When I first joined, I was a bit ho-hum about the place, but now I can't praise it highly enough. Jarvis just roams the various exhibits and rooms, pointing and saying, "Wow". It's not just for adults, as the place is dotted with heaps of hands on exhibits, where little people can explore, play and learn.

It's so worth joining too, as there's a members lounge with play area and discounted parking which has saved us lots of money. We have been pretty much every week since joining six-months ago and we are still discovering new areas, plus there are new exhibits coming on all the time. Sadly the Kylie Minogue exhibit has finished, so no more perving at those famous gold hot pants. After Jarvis had his lunchtime nap, we drove to Centennial Park for some exploring. We found a really funky wooded area which was very soggy and surrounded by large puddles. After constantly asking Jarvis to keep out, I thought, ah what the hell, he's got gummies on. Jarvis then spent the next 30-minutes having a whale of a time splashing and stomping in the puddles. It's good to be a boy aye.
