That Boy Of Mine

Felix's tummy bug has had the whanau up ridiculously early for the last couple of days, and so it was this morning that Jarvis and I found ourselves setting up his Playmobil farm at 6am. I was initially sceptical about Playmobil toys when Adrienne first suggested them, as they are so bloody expensive, but since then I've found them to be really well made and have a long play life. Jarvis loves his farm set up and as you can see from the first picture, meticulously sets out all the pieces.

From there Jarvis moved onto wearing some of my running medallions, which is cool, as I'd like him to join Little Athletics this week. It's a great set up and will teach him many new skills. Anyway, Jarvis made lots of noise while wearing my medallions and looked a bit like a curly topped Mr. T.

While having breakfast of poached eggs on toast, which was made the more exciting by the poacher blowing up and shorting all the fuses in the house, Jarvis watched some Hi5. One of the sketches saw Kathleen de Leon Jones ( she's the only reason Dah watches Hi5) painting her toes nails. As soon as the sketch finished Jarvis ran off to the play room and returned with some pens, which he then used to colour in his toes nails. To finish off the overall effect, he then continued to draw on his face. That boy of mine is a worry aye!

House Dad.
