Weekend Wrap 16 - 17 August

It's going to be very very hard to find anything to write about for this post, as the weekend, for the three boys has been spent being ill. Jarvis still has the remnants of a cold, Felix has a cold and is teething and I stupidly inflicted hypothermia and dehydration on myself, whilst out on a club run on Sunday morning. So yeah poor Adrienne has been like a Florence Nightingale to her boys, going from one bed to another, doling out the drugs and cuddles.

We've pretty much had enough of winter now, as these last couple of weeks just seem to be one bug after another. I just looked at our medicine cabinet and it's full, with what must be about $300 worth of drugs for colds, flu, vitamins and other paraphernalia. And it's not like we don't eat healthy, as we do. We all take vitamins too and get plenty of fresh air. Bugger, bugger, bugger!

Adrienne did manage to get Jarvis and Felix out to a park on the other side of the Harbor bridge on Saturday morning for some fresh air. The boys were just climbing the walls and going crazy in our tiny house. Looking at the pictures, it seems that they had a great time, though I'm not impressed that they seem to be feeding the pigeons the packed lunch that I made for them.

So yeah, sorry that it's such a dull post but the boys have been so crook it's just not funny. Ah well, another few weeks and I think Spring will be upon us, bring it on :o)
